#Log out of PNID safely?

I system transferred recently to a New system and noticed how it was warned that doing a system transfer may cause issues in the future. I do not want to delete my NNID.
So I wonder how I can safely log out of the PNID so I can log back in to reduce the chance of any issues coming up (since the only issues I can think of arising are mismatched data, something logging out and back in should fix).

Delete the PNID with GM9

Just in case do a NAND backup so if you accidentally remove the NNID you can roll it back
