Nimbus no longer works after fixing theme issue | Pretendo Network | Page 1

I had an issue earlier where I installed a theme wrong and had to delete something from my SD card. After fixing it I tried to go onto the miiverse thing and it tried to log in with my nintendo id instead of the pretendo one. I've tried switching nimbus to nintendo then back to pretendo, which didnt work, then tried uninstalling and reinstalling nimbus, which also didn't work. For reference, I had deleted the folder /Nintendo 3DS/(32 Character ID)/(32 Character ID)/extdata/00000000/000002ce.
