I can't help you there :/
I'm not sure what you mean by "they betrayed me" but if you don't have the password, you might be able to cancel the subscription from your bank? I'd ping an admin if you can't figure it out...
(moderators are only for here, whereas the developers might have some access to the payment stuff)
