Certified super mario maker expert here, yeah those levels are impossible lol, they were uploaded by locally changing the physics of the game with a mod to make them possible to clear-check for the uploader. They are completely impossible without the mod. I'm not gonna tell you guys how to moderate your servers but if I was in charge i would just delete the levels and send a warning to the player who uploaded them (assuming the game doesn't already automatically send the warning)
