it seems to be happening to a lot of people (including me) and there doesn’t appear to be a fix yet. Some people have tried resseting their routers, getting a diffrent ip address, or just simply waiting… a reboot may help (or hurt)

I managed to fix the problem by updating my Luma3DS to version 13.1.2
