#Can't login on 3ds (005-4270)

I recently linked a PNID to my 3DS and deleted it.
Now, if I want to create a new PNID or just link it, it says that my previous PNID was deleted and that I have to link a new one.
After this message, the console gives me the error code 005-4270, and with that, I can't link a new PNID.
