Does this setting allow copying or turn it off?

Asking because I have a bug on my 3ds where I can't change/edit the personal mii because copying is turned off

So I wanna make sure its turned on here

I ended up just setting it as my mii anyways, hopefully it updates soon

ok pretendo somehow fixed the years long bug i had with me being unable to replace my mii due to that setting

literally nothing else i did worked

it just overwrote my old personal mii
