Error 022-2571: ID is already in use | Pretendo Network | Page 1

I just registered for Pretendo and am trying to link my PNID, however it says the ID is already in use. I've tried on both my 2DS and Wii U but to no avail. I think it's because I had it share info with my NNID, but that's my best guess.

Can someone please lend me a hand with this?

If your NNID is called the same and configured on your 3DS as well it doesnt work, since the 3DS thinks it's already used on the same device. See error description: "...or is used by a different NNID on your console."
