Hello! I had some issues making my PNID, as I accidentally made the account name and settings the same as my current NNID. Is there a way to fix this or reset my details?

You can make new account on Pretendo Network with new account name and setting with the same email. I just did I myself as i basically made the same mistake as you. Just try to reach out to Pretendo support/devs on deleting the previous account just to be sure. Just bear in mind that you can't use the same PNID or NNID as previously.
Speaking from experience as I just did create a new account and it is working fine.
