We don't send out renewal emails, so that's not what that first email means. Do you happen to have a 2nd account? I've checked with Stripe and everything seems to be correct
Normally something like this would happen if you had a duplicate subscription on your user, which is rare but does happen. Stripe would cancel one but not the other, and would mess up your state
But I've verified that you only have the one subscription, and it was changed to past due because of insufficient funds
Stripe will automatically retry the charge, but until then I would verify that your bank isn't blocking transactions to Stripe for some reason. That's the most common cause of this

Okay cool yeah that didn't cause anything. Not entirely sure why that first email got sent out, looks like a weird one-off coincidence. My suggestion would be to first just make sure all is well with your bank while waiting for Stripe. If all is well, you can either wait for Stripe to retry the charge (which can take anywhere from a couple hours to 7 days), or I can generate you an invoice link and just DM that to you
