Did you put the right pnid and email. If still not working try creating another account via the console by following the steps as you would useally create a Nintendo account but use the information for a pretendo account instead. It shouldn't really matter as it seems like you didn't pay for tester subscription on your account but if it still doesn't work make sure when you boot up your console to see if it saids Using pretendo network in the top right of your screen
