So i tried playing on pretendo smp but when i jump to a block i got stuck somehow and cannot move, and when i try to move i got kicked, then i try to join again kicked again, like, am i banned?

That's an issue that should be reported in #1095449306091229294, not in Pretendo's support.
Anyway, you should try to connect using Java Edition as the server runs natively on Java and uses Geyser to "translate" Bedrock protocol to Java and there might (will) be bugs in the process.
