#Sometimes, Wii U randomly crashes when using Pretendo

Hi,
I have been testing the service for a few days but there is some issues regarding the service

  1. When playing Mario Kart 8, sometimes when the user disconnects, it will crash the user
#

Could not determine why, but it happened 7/8 times during a period of a week

  1. Sometimes when using the friend list, it would crash instantly when prompting to add a PNID
  2. Using a Mii with no name, just a blank name would break the user, like not being able to make a PNID, not able to add a friend, would be repetitively saying (You cannot use this ID on this console), but an other PNID can, on the same console.

Is there anyways to fix thoses issues, I have 2 Japanese Wii Us, but it seems the problems are from both
