I can connect to the production servers but not the beta ones even though I pay the $10/month.

It has been almost a month now and I still don’t have access. I tried pinging @glacial sphinx but I get no response(this was multiple times about 2 weeks ago and another about a week ago).

Howdy! What service in particular are you trying to connect to? and what's your PNID?
We have instructions available in #testing-setup for Juxt, if that's what you are trying to connect to.

My PNID is Snailboy

It won’t let me connect to Juxt, the Wara Wara Plaza doesn’t work, and any game that is in the beta won’t connect unless it’s in the production servers

as per the FAQ in #testing-setup , WWP is not currently live for anyone. We have disabled it until we can get it working more reliably.
Have you used the Juxt installer to patch the applet yet? The instructions are found in #testing-setup, which link to here: https://pretendo.network/docs/install/juxt

I can see that your profile is set to tester, are you able to connect to the friends app? Try opening it with your PNID. If that doesn't work, make sure you have patches enabled

thank you everything that i've tested works now including Juxt, sorry I didn't know that there was a patch I needed to install to get Juxt working
