#Can't change my Pretendo Profile and Mii

So, i tried setting up the date and region, i checked on the website and it doesn't match the Wii U. The website says the region is US, but when i checked on my Wii U, it was Italy. Same with the date. On the webiste it was 1/1/1990 while it's 3/27/2023 on Wii U.
The other problem is the Mii not updating after modyifying it on the website. It remains the same dude with the red shirt and black eyes. What do i do?
