Going back to my point about other games, I used to play Rainbow Six Siege for example, and I'd occasionally get trolled and sometimes teamkilled even in ranked games, and it's not a permanently bannable offense - they get temporary bans if caught. Keep in mind, Siege is a highly competitive FPS with a RANKED mode. MK7 is primarily a casual game that people of all ages play - there's no official ranked mode, and in my opinion, losing on MK7 really isn't that annoying
