-seems like everyone is overloaded with recipes and skill books, those drop rates could probably be lowered
-i think everyone would love higher drop rates for equippable stuff, specifically robes
-i think it would be cool to have slight more variation on drop rate %. Seems like the vast majority of 'rare' drops are ~0.1% to 0.18%. I think the range could definitely be widened to have some more very rare items like 0.01% chance, or items that are slightly more reliable to grind many of. Also it feels like there should be some consideration to type of monsters. Monsters with really high hp like golem or squid feel like they should have higher drop rates, especailly for things like essence

I think if we could sell stuff to shopkeeps, the problem of "too many" recipes/skills wouldn't be a thing. Especially as someone who hasn't been able to grind a ton, getting these are very helpful. But the game's community is too small to constantly need the same recipes reliably.

Maybe allowing us to sell to select shopkeeps at sad rates would be a good middle-ground? That way the player market still thrives, but you can get some income off the unusable drops. (this would also help enable no-life skill accounts in the future and make playing on any server besides us east less disadvantageous)

selling to NPC might happen at some point

For recipes I think I'm mostly referring to dungeon drop rates. They seem to give 2+ recipes/ skill books per person each run, so especially if you run a few with a group you end up with so many recipes
