This is the first I've heard of it
Ok… Strange…
Everybody in our ACC community with different types of Fanatec bases executes this procedure after joinung a server because of this issue.
However, thanks for your answer and let‘s wait and see. Cheers!
Same issue with the DD Pro since 1.9
I have the same problem. always put the base off and then it's good.
Same here with the DD Pro. Once im on the Server i have to restart the Base otherwise im having spongy FFB like the first 10% are missimg
@gray nacelle Maybe you could give it to the devs. Thanks.
Yeah I will. The Italians are off at the moment so when they return it'll be picked up
@gray nacelle Any news? Italian holidays are over.
Any update on this please? @gray nacelle
@gray nacelle Italians are back?
Italians holiday finish at the end of August 🤣
What year? 🤔😂
Good question ahahaaha 🤣🤟
This bug is still there. FFB in single player is as it should be. Its happening only in multiplayer sessions. And its annoying. Any Fanatec driver i know has this issue. @gray nacelle
It happens for me in single player
Does anyone have this on a DD1?
Yes.
Can you please send me your controls screen for the wheel
I want to see what your FFB settings are.
We have a DD1 in the office and I noticed a similar problem on PC. I changed the dynamic damper setting to 0% from 100% and turned the normal damper setting to 25% and now it drives beautifully. I want to see if it's the same on console or not
@bold zenith
I have a DD1 and I don't have this issue on XSX or on PC and never have had any issue in 1.8 or 1.9
My DD1 base settings:-
FFB scale = PEAK
NAT DAMP (NDP) = 17
NAT FRI (NFR) = OFF
NAT INERT (NIN) = 2
FF INTERP (INT) = OFF
FE INTEN (FEI) = 70
BRK.IND (BRI) = 100
MPS MO. (MPS) = Pulse
BRK.FOR (BRF) = 80
My ACC XSX settings in v1.9.5.6
Edit I use torque 🔑 for info
PS5.
Try turning off dynamic damping and turn normal damping to 25%
You mean „natural damper“ in the Fanatec driver when you say „normal damper“?
And the dynamic damper in game on off?
Yeah, but in English its just labelled "damper"
Thank you! I will also test this with my DD Pro. But are you sure it can be due to the settings? After restarting the wheelbase (important: ACC must already be started) the spongy behavior is gone.
I can only say what worked for me
