I can't join the lobby

When me or a friend creates a lobby, I can't join them or they can't join me. The VPN is disabled, the internet speed is good. all the time writes waiting for the organizer

I cant join my friends’ game too，but we can play escape from backroom in steam，so i guess maybe it‘s not steam’s fault

half of the games don't work online with friends, only Tekken 8 and Valheim. All other games just don't work in Risk Of Rain 2, it doesn't even come at all, it just crashes out of the blue.
