Game freezing every combat encounter

Hey just wondering if anyone can help me

My game keeps freezing every few minutes for at least 30 seconds

I recently bought a rx 9060 xt 16gb card and it runs smoothly on other games and does on this game[100 fps and up on max] as well but it freezes a lot and my other games does not

combat spawns a lot of assets and generates a lot of log entries etc
