@mellow matrix I think this is normal behavior, but since this is probably much more noticeable in replays and bug fixes, maybe you'd know something more?
Walking through walls is normal behaviour?
probably desync between positions from host
this only happens on clients when the position received from host comes out-of-order

are you sure its during walking
because this is normal behaviour for when they are meleeing
(when meleeing the seen-position can detach from the actual enemy position letting it pass through walls)
and as u said - most prevelant with giants
especially giant chargers
oh also during stagger animations
Ok it might be a problem with the attack then
Yeah a big one is hitting a charger in the head then all of a sudden it is inside a wall/floor
so its normal behaviour - during stagger & melee attack animations the enemy (visual part) gets detached from its true position and can pass through walls
the mod I linked fixes this - but otherwise not much u can do about it
this is also a problem for small chargers as well btw
