Screen doubles up

My entire group booted up that game and our screen are creating a second shadow in the background. It messes up colors and makes every harder to see

Are you sure? Outside of the dropping down text looking a lot more brighter than it should, everything else looks normal to me

I am very sure that it is a bug/issue. I came here to get help fixing it

There's the old fix where you can turn off the mirroring through modded

I could look into whether there's a brightness setting somewhere also

Yeah it's normal (weird style choice)

Some people find it hard to see tho

That's why we have a modded fix for that

The Archive has an option to fix it

See if this is to your preference

Also going back to what moth said, you probably have a screen filter that amplifies the brightness of the screen
That usually is what causes the issue

Turn it off, and the doubling effect becomes much less disruptive

If you want to see better in this game, however, and leave it on
The mod will help

like to me it looks weird, even everything besides the text, and taht wouldnt be display issue

It's a screen filter, we've had that happen before

It amps up the brightness of the entire screen, most commonly used by people that streams dark games

Sometimes when I open the menu the game turns up the brightness really high for whatever reason
