is ur monitor plugged into the gpu?
that might be the problem, yea, my cat threw over plant pot near my pc last night, so i unplugged it and plugged everything back in after cleaning. I guess i might missconnected hdmi's in dark lemme check
yea
otherwise search up graphics in windows and then check so this is on gtx 1080
cuz it seems like gtfo is using ur igpu
and not ur 1080
(vram amount)
If you need more help ping sleepo
we will if this doesnt fix
ookay, hdmi's seems fine, i tried launching helldivers 2, everything seems fine, or is it unrelated and GTFO got unique "thing" with hdmi's vram and ram?
i think its specifically that gtfo for whatever reason wants to use ur integrated graphics
do this ^
huuh
ok restart ur pc and go into same setting
if its still like that maybe reseat the gpu
did you press on it?
this is task manager
i meant the button i red arrowed
mhm, checked that menu on my laptop (wind11), nothing like this on my pc huh
god i love 10
Is there a way to set preferred GPU for specific applications in Windows 10? This tutorial shows you how to enable high-performance GPU for Windows 10 apps or games.
might work
yeah
thats weird
okay, so let's see why my GPU ain't showing here
@sinful tinsel
in the meantime imma check insides of my pc
actually go into device manager
yeah?
should be like tihs
ah, aight
if theres a error triangle (like there is on one of mine) we might have a lead
huh, we could try to update the drivers
doin that rn
Update drivers, there's a couple more things you could do considering you said your cat bumped a plant pot near your pc, like reseating your GPU and the 16-pin power cables, but see if just the drivers do the trick.
If Helldivers 2 works without any performance impact, I'd just reinstall GTFO and delete the folder in %appdata% completely since maybe it's stuck at using the iGPU for video.
