Waiting for master connection problem

it is more than 2 months that i cant join a lobby whit my friends i have tried to fix the issiue reading the others problem but wht no succes i need help

i have modified the modem ports and the windows firewall i have even reinstalled windows

i remeber that i had the same problem 1 year ago but when i re installed windows gtfo worked

i can try to play a game in my laptop
