#There is a problem connecting to a friend

We played quietly for a lot of time. Suddenly, we can no longer connect to each other properly. When trying to connect to the host, the other player connects TERRIBLY slowly. And after connecting, it is not possible to start the game normally. But if you try and do this, the one who joined will have a black screen, and then the game will crash. We tried all the methods from restarting the router to reinstalling the visual c++ redistributable. Nothing helped. Moreover, the problem appeared literally out of the blue

The most absurd thing is that we can both be in the same lobby with another host.

nothing new comes to mind except the usual, vpns or cfosspeed (system updates on either?) .. try to use the same dns. install all windowd and graphics driver updates both.

Well, we've tried everything. We decided to check out what would happen in other games, and... the same thing. When trying to connect to each other in Portal 2, there is an endless upload from both sides. It turns out that this is not a gtfo problem. Forums with similar issues have said that hamachi and toredo may be to blame. We demolished hamachi, but I still haven't been able to set up totedo: it doesn't appear in network adapters under any circumstances, all the guides have been revised. In any case, I've run out of ideas about what this might be about. Although shortly before the problem started, my friend disabled and deleted the file responsible for hibernation hiberfil.sys , which filled his disk. is it possible that the problem is because of this?

I changed the wi-fi to mobile internet, and it worked. I connected to my friend without any problems. But I can't play at home on the mobile internet. Here is mine and friend's logs. This first happened 30.05, but i think that the further logs can be helpful too. Also, right now we have checked the possibility of the game again. we were able to start the game and even started to descend, but Mozart froze in the capsule, and from my face he generally went back up. As a result, nothing changed after 5 minutes of waiting.

A lot of bad packets are being sent, not sure what you can do about it
@sacred flint Would you know?

A fully spent weekend has produced results. After I was told about the packet loss, I started digging in that direction. In short, it turned out that 98% packet loss occurs at the provider level. As a result, we reset the routers, which changed our IP addresses, and then tried again. And... it worked. Now everything is working as before. We're still checking, but it still worked. It seems that the provider of one of us blocked the IP address of the other, which did not allow us to play normally (or is it just a coincidence).
UPD: We played for 3 hours and everything works fine
