So, I am trying to play with three other players on R1B2 but none of them showed in my lobby. They also had similar issue like seeing other players, or not seeing the players but seeing their loadouts, and the second I leave, it somewhat fixes the issue. If someone else hosts, it works until I join. Another thing was someone else hosting on R1B1 and it should two of us fine but when we went back toB2 it got weird again.

Sorry it's been a couple days, I'm quite busy so it may take time to do checks like this. So I checked that there are only 4G+ lines near where I am currently living, I tried to do the direct phone connection hotspot check but my computer wasn't able to connect for some reason. I use a LAN cable to my apartment's network and I didn't use to have this issue. I can't remember if my group played since I moved here. One of my friends in that group said he saw a post about LAN cables not being supported for GTFO but I've used it and it worked fine when I first got the game.
