#Sound dissapearing mid-rundown

Hey everyone I've been encountering a strange issue where after about 40 mins of game play during a rundown the sound starts dissapearing... It eventually gets to the point where there is no sound at all just complete silence and leads to us getting killed usually because we can't hear enemies. Please let me know if anyone has a fix for this issue! -Thx

Happens in all rundowns that have spitters and generators (even if I think someone once reported it on R2B4 which only has spitters).

Eventually crashes the game as soon as someone presses TAB.

Personally I never had it again after installing a mod called gluefix (which is supposed to fix cfoam but culls audio or something like that so it also fixes spitteraudio bug).

Spitteraudio bug is very "easy" (at least I had it very often) to trigger on maps that have generators, spitters and are kinda big. For example, R2D1.
