windowed game no matter the fullscreen setting

cannot take my cursor out of the game tab when the game is open. I have tried restarting the game with each of the four fullscreen settings and my resolution set to my monitor and it still won't change anything, the game is still in a small window :/

you may try using ALT + Enter on your keyboard to enter fullscreen mode

usually i just hit windows-key, mouse is wild and free to roam the land
