Cuando creo una sala mis amigos no aparecen en el lobby pero en sus pantallas si aparecen y cuando uno crea la sala y me invita se ve la interfaz de las armas pero no mi personaje, la verdad ya no se que hacer 😦

Lo que está sucediendo es un problema un poco comun
Por cierto este servidor es en ingles
Lo que tienes que hacer es checar que nadie tenga un VPN
Si ninguno tiene un VPN prueba con reiniciar el router
Cambiar de host de lobby
Si es possible sigue las instrucciones en #bug-reporting

router restart should be enuff, your steam+game requests the router to forward the ports to you with upnp, and sometimes routers get confused. clear the steam download thing and (re)install the redistributable thing, once done, reboot router, play.
if it still doesnt work, disconnect internet and usb tether or wifi hotspot to your mobile phone and attempt play with that.
weird problem. never had it happen to me yet.

no se si sirva de algo pero cuando lo volví a descargar de la nada la descarga se volvió super lenta y estaba en llamada con unos amigos en discord y me desconecto
el problema aun sigue
