Best way to have a smoother gameplay for older computers.

I have a old computer so my game is a quite laggy when I move around. And it freezes here and there. Are there any setting or things I can mess with to make it smoother?

i mean all graphic settings, to low (except shadow res if u can) but not much more rlly
cant change much the max render queue cuz u get input lag too

If you can run the game and it doesn't stay locked on the first screen your pc probably is fine enough

The freezing is mainly GTFO being GTFO

No freezing, just low FPS and high memory usage
