Due to the amount of people that are having the same problem, it's best if we keep all the problems in one thread so someone could just keep an eye on whether or not there is an influx of said issue.
Note: Steam maintenance can also be the cause for the error. If you are currently experiencing the issue and the solutions listed do not help, please drop a message in "Waiting for Master". If a lot of people are having the same issue at the same moment, it's probably steam maintenance.
