I was doing R2C1, when I lost all of my health and got downed, following this, the ai started shooting the sleepers, which had yet to wake up, and after killing them all, they wont revive me. They're just standing around and im stuck down on the floor. I dont know if this is a bug from the AI, or if its happening because I went from 100 to 0 in 1 frame.

My guess is their pathing broke (not uncommon) and couldn't actually find you in the game
you can fix this by setting the bots' slots to players only to redrop them into the match sometimes works
Other guess is that you were bugged and couldn't actually be rez either way due to you being downed in one frame like that without high damage weapons being present
Most likely you had some sort of desync with the game and the damage you took caught up with you

might have died on some object on the floor, that also sometimes screws bot ability to come getcha
unlucky tho. on modded u couldve had freethyself and hit f9, move yourself just a few centimeters from where u died
(fts is made for getting unstuck, jump between props and cant jump out etc)
