When doing the uplink for the terminal in secondary objective, I noticed the horde getting to us unusually fast, ending the run a few times. I was curious to see what was happening, and it turns out that the entire horde was spawning in the room right next to the terminal room, about 10 ft away from the terminal. I know that this is technically possible with the current spawn mechanics, but I can literally see the entire horde spawn in front of my very eyes while standing at the terminal, which makes this one incredibly difficult. Also as far as I'm concerned, it doesn't look like anything is stopping the horde from spawning 2 rooms away like they are supposed to, so I am just going to treat this as a bug, and hopefully not a feature. This game is already difficult enough.

so enemies spawns 2 rooms away, but in the case of the uplinks they need to spawn in ur own zone, this is the rule with very very few exceptions
when the zone just isnt 2 rooms away it can get these situations to become possible
this sec in specific is rlly mean in that regard, but there is ways around it, like closing-foaming-mining the doors or defending with short range weaponry with the help of the sentries
To follow up on slendo, having your team too spread out will sometimes make the enemies spawn on top of you as well
So don't do that
that is a thing too but admittedly it is harder to do unless u have a constant alarm and ur team is very very separated
