Launching the game from Steam works for 3-10 seconds, then the game suspends and is stuck on the epilepsy warning screen. I can circumvent this by deleting the LocalLow/'10 Chambers Collective' (and launch normally), but this is something that needs to be patched or circumvented better. What do?

This probably an issue that's happened before in the past, but I could not find anything online. Is there a particular configuration I need to input to prevent the game from suspending on start?
This behaviour doesn't happen every boot, but still happens on occasion. What could be the cause of this?
