game stuck on system initializing

from what i understand this is the connection to steam failing, u could check ur internet/steaaam and if its not that, u could try the usual fixes, verying ur game files and:

Perform the following steps:

1. Uninstall game on steam.
2. Press the Windows Key and the R key at some time. This will open a "Run" dialog.
   Inside put the following in:
   %userprofile%\AppData\LocalLow\
   Press enter. A new file explorer window will open.
   Delete the folder called: 10 Chambers Collective
   Repeat same steps for following:
   %userprofile%\Appdata\Local\Temp\
3. Install the game

we found a different one

deleted the game, and deleted 2-3 file specific file folders then reinstalled

lemme see if i can find which ones again
