This happened after being killed mid-mine refresh animation. Is there any way to fix this while still being in the level? tried alt tabbing as I've seen in other bug reports here, but no success. I wasn't able to interact with anything in the level afterwards

If you aren’t host you can restart game then join back and it will be fixed other than that there is no fix
