Alt R6C1 expedition not listed as cleared after we finished

After my friends and I cleared this stage and we went back to the results screen, we were stuck due to a server sync error. We waited 5 mins or so and the issue persisted, so we had no choice but to leave the game.

Upon returning to the game, we saw that R6C1 is still listed as not completed, nor did we get any boosters. But we did get an achievement from it. Is there any chance that this issue can be fixed so we can go to the next stage without retrying the entire thing? But if we do have to redo it and the issue comes up again, what can we do to fix it?

there seemed to be a server outage so if it doesn't pop up you'll have to redo the level

not much you can do to prevent server outages either, but they're infrequent enough that it shouldn't happen again

in the case where it does happen again, and we get stuck like before, do we just chalk it up as another unfortunate incident and just take the L and quit the program or do we wait until the game resolves the issues on its own? Cause going through that last bit and having our hard work invalidated just because of a momentary server downtime is really demoralizing

Unfortunately like Pachi said nothing you can do about it

So yeah, you CAN try and wait it out, the game usually comes around

But if it's something like an unlucky lobby crash or something in line with that that would make the same thing happen, waiting wouldn't do anything

darn, ok. how often do these things happen? I dont want to get into the habit of checking the playfab status before we extract, not that we would get the luxury of waiting it out in most of these stages anyway

I mean it happens really sparsely, but when it happens someone usually pops out and says something about it

Just check the discord or pop out a message yourself if something like that happens

And you'll know if it's just server problems or desync issues (Sometimes Desyncs can make that also happen)

hm, i doubt there's a role that allows people to get pinged whenever it happens and like you said, if i have to ask if servers are down when we get stuck in the results screen, it's already too late

No quite litterally someone will tell you if its a really bad outage for over quite a long time, Pachi for one does that; if it's really bad they'll ping people on annoucements to warn people
