game freezing during bioscans, hordes and door opening

I have an issue where where during the loading screen, bioscans, hordes and opening of doors my game will have audio cut out and then freeze right after for a solid few seconds.
The latest freeze killed my pc and now the IPV4 and IPV6 are failing to boot

Does that happen no matter what? Are there any exceptions? Would you have some of the log files left from the times you could boot the game up?

it happens no matter what settings i run on. and im not sure where to get log files
