Can't see friend in lobby, and he not see me

Hi guys, I've been playing with friends since December last year, everything was fine until April, in April a strange bug happened that can't be fixed (all in lobby reinstalled game and trying everything nothing works), when I go into the lobby I don't see my friend and he doesn't see me (I see others but not him), or sometimes I see his nickname but not see his weapons and skin, only bot skin. In game I too not see him but see his turret and glowsticks drops from air. I not use vpn or programs for better connection.

Have you guys tried switching hosts and seeing if the same thing still happens?

Yes, we tried, if I create a lobby, then everything gets even worse; it happens that no one sees anyone. Or if [Estus] or [Black__Superman] creates a lobby happens the same as if I host it. The screenshot shows the best case so far, when [Kalivan] host it is better but not for all, but he see everyone. :<

This only happens when in the lobby connects [Black__Superman] or I connects when he already in lobby. Without him I see everyone. He not use vpn or programs for connection.

Does it only happen when you play with specific friends, or does it happen every lobby?

I guess you two are desynced or you have ports that aren't opened, something along those lines.

Are there any other thoughts on how to fix this? we tried everything, nothing helps.

This is nearly always something that happens because some ISPs really hate the routing required for P2P. I've seen people try again using their smartphone and USB tethering to play instead of their home connection but 1- Those usually aren't very stable. 2- Depending on their plan it may not be cheap at all.

I have solved the problem. We reset the Windows Firewall on both computers.

We went into the same room at RadminVPN (a free program for creating virtual local networks) and that also helped.

1. All members download and setup RadminVPN. Accept Windows Firewall permissions.
2. One create a room(private local network) in a RadminVPN
3. Everyone connected in this room
4. Play the game
