Good afternoon. Previously we played with a friend in a party and there were no problems, but at the moment we cannot join each other, an empty lobby is displayed. I read about similar problems, but did not find a solution. The GamerFirst IV application is missing from the task manager.

Would you two have any of the log files that are mentioned in #bug-reporting ?
If not, you could try opening ports, checking for vpns and whether or not something is messing with connections, or some of the #known-issues things that are already listed.

The issue was resolved. I installed Radminvpn (an application for creating a local server similar to Hamachi), my friend connected to my local network and everything worked.
