Major Desync Issue

My friends and I have started going back through the rundowns after a considerable amount of time off. I've noticed that at least one of us in each game seems completely desynced from the rest of us. Enemeies lag warp on the persons screen, melee hits just don't register, boxes and doors appear open or close incorrectly and the worst part of all, the persons flashlight is on server side, but appears off on their screen. This makes the game almost unplayable with our friends.

Just for clarification - All four of us have completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game. When we played together in the past (probably a year ago) we never experienced this issue at all. We play other games together with no issues.

Try having another person host and see if that fixes the issue. Packet loss and lag seems rather serious, so I doubt it would, but it's the only thing I can think of that might help. Sorry.
