why is the game randomly stuttering but otherwise running perfetly

I only get this when first opening the game but it isnt an issue with the game I believe

yeah ive noticed that all my games are dying like that recently i really dont understand why. but it happened after changing my pc case so i had to rebuild my pc. ill just fully reset my pc and clean it out. i wanted to do that anyway

my games did this, went away with motherboard chipset drivers. also check bios for resize-bar, enable if not already..
