I am connected to the internet and steam services, everything works fine. I just downloaded the game again after a long period. What should I do?
#Turns out it was because of my internet provider, I don't use VPN etc. but the "secure internet" thing, which blocks some obvious web sites and connections does this. If you have the same thing going on I advise you to get rid of that

player.log should give a hint on why your game is not hitting either steam or the playfab service, running a vpn perhaps?

I am thinking that microsoft defender somehow rejects the connection so I will try disabling it after downloading the game
