- Open ports 3478, 4379, 4380

... i think u need more ports, or better yet, see if u can do UPnP to open everything necessary for you

У тебя порты для игры не открыты или тип NAT строгий или мало портов открывал, попробуй зайти в свой роутер и включить UPnP, он автоматически будет по потребности открывать порты сам.
Попробуй в брандмауэр добавить игру в исключение или выключить, ещё может быть анти-вирус если стоит не родной от Microsoft.
Есть вариант пробовать VPN , но это такое себе.
Ну и вариант самый оптимальный, поставить мод на консоль, и самому точно посмотреть в чём проблема.

Да, совет с включением UPnP помог вернуть возможность играть в онлайне.
Через настройки роутера не было возможности включить его, позвонил интернет провайдеру и они его подключили. Спасибо!

gtfo requires steam and playfab from internet even on lan game.. upnp is router stuff, if off on router, pc cant ask for firewall+port forward stuff automatically
