i am stuck at system assets initializing, ive reinstalled, restarted steam, checked my firewall, installed on ssd and everything

Your game does not seem to be up to date. See the version in the bottom right corner ? It is an older version than the current live build. I would suggest verifying your game files / force an update through Steam.

Also prisoner id should be your steam id not a bunch of zeroes

(and the Rundown at the top should be Rundown 8).

Well I think the game broke bcs it can't detect the steam account, not bcs it was a previous version. No idea how to fix it though.
