same as other posts, this is liquid bug, its an issue with the rendering of the blood effect
it goe away like normal blood effects after a while, u could also use disinfection or u can press O to see through it

Void can happen at any time. Liquid only with blood splatter / infection being present on screen

Void can be passive or aggressive ( aggressive in this case) which should also clear out in a minute

Liquid bug doesnt clear out at all and fucks your run unless you rejoin game

But mainly happens after R2 and beyond

Liquid bug happened to be and turned everything blurry and green. From the start of the match, all the way through at 50 minutes of gameplay with randoms.
