Controller sensitivity rebind just isn't working

Title; I have it set to this and it's still moving at default speeds

You need to adjust the 'MOUSE AIM MOD SENSITIVITY SCALE'
It adjusts the sensitivity while aiming down sights for both mouse and gamepad for some reason.

'GAMEPAD LOOK SENSITIVITY' only adjusts the gamepad camera speed.
