Terminal clipping through the floor

In R8C1 overload, the terminal on the east side of zone_370 at the very bottom of the level is clipped through the floor and we couldn't access it. No amount of reloading fixed it.

It might be related. but it's not that terminal. It's the one that spawns between two staircases on the east of the zone.

I've been unable to reproduce with 3 reloads of the level. Is this the terminal is was happening to?
