well i cant see shadow silhouette in my screen when i see with my light. this makes me troll to my teams. any solution?

It’s just the lighting I’m that area plus you using a not great flashlight. The only thing you can really do to help with shadows is setting shadow resolution to “very high”

very bright areas are very complicated for shadows, but if u really wanna see em, use a long range flashlight

This seems normal to me. As others have stated you're using the body flashlight in the second image which is notably weaker than the flashlights attached to your firearms or the long range flashlight item. I don't think you're meant to see anything on the second image at that distance with that weak of a flashlight and what you're seeing on the second image is consistent with what I've seen in all my playtime.
It seems to me you just need to be more careful around shadows and/or use better flashlights until you get more experienced with them.
