I have a laptop with Ryzen 7 and a RTX4060 GPU, but the game is running on 50 FPS. Tryed different settings, but nothong helped. The weird thing is I get better FPS with vsync on. Any fix ideas? Laptop is set to performance mod btw.

Update: I get low FPS capped to 50 only on external monitor. With or without vsync, doesnt matter.
